This experiential wellness day is designed to provide corporate leaders, managers, along with mid and entry level professionals, an opportunity to explore the HeARTwork solutions framework, a groundbreaking approach to attracting, supporting, advancing, and retaining diverse women leaders.
Rooted in science, storytelling, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness, the HeARTwork method is quickly gaining momentum in Canada as top industry leaders and organizations take the pledge and work toward systemic change for women and the future of work.
This day is about igniting thought provoking dialogue and providing tangible tools for Canadian organizations ready to level up. Our goal is to work together to provide women with the opportunities they need to thrive, using a heart-centered and innovative approach.

Rhiannon Rosalind is the Creator and Chief Visionary Officer of Conscious Economics, and best known for over a decade as the CEO and sole shareholder of The Economic Club of Canada, the highest-profile and most recognized business platform in Canada. Uniquely positioned as a convenor and bridge builder between business execs and artists, community leaders, and young people, Rhiannon has hosted some of the most relevant speakers of our time, including: President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Amal Clooney, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, and former President of France, Francois Holland. Rhiannon’s love for music, art, social innovation, and business has led her to create countless experiential learning programs, events, and content that have served over 50,000 young people across Canada in the spirit of social change, reconciliation and economic healing. As a serial entrepreneur and social innovator, Rhiannon successfully incorporates music and art into the business and public policy landscape, uplifting many artists and musicians from across Canada on an annual basis.

Agapi Gessesse is a powerful, influential and fearless changemaker. For over a decade, Agapi has worked to enhance the lives of marginalized youth through her work with Toronto Community Housing (TCHC), United Way Greater Toronto (UWGT) and as the ED of POV 3rd Street. Born and raised in Toronto by a refugee mother, Agapi’s commitment to community development stems from her lived experience, which propelled her to obtain a Master's Degree in Social Justice. She is a passionate, driven, visionary leader, tirelessly addressing economic issues affecting BlPOC, their families, and their futures. Agapi has captivated audiences on local and national stages, including at the National Housing Conference, AFP, and Maytree’s Five Good Ideas; she speaks and writes articles on topics such as diversity and inclusion, workforce development and youth engagement. Currently, Agapi is the Executive Director of the CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals. Since beginning her role, Agapi has spearheaded the substantial growth of the organization’s impact, reach and sustainability. Her positions and mandates include that of a professional fundraiser, social enterprise manager, and coordinator of the youth leadership program. By continuing to make such an enormous impact, Agapi’s accomplishments continue to flourish. Agapi has been recognized for her work in the field as a Dial-Mover in Tech in 2019 and has been awarded the Maytree Fellow award and Aroni Awards. Most recently, Agapi was honoured with the Leadership Award at the acclaimed BBPA Harry Jerome Awards. In 2023, she was also named a YWCA Woman of the Year and received an Afropolitan Canada award at the 2023 Women of Diversity Summit for her leadership in the lives of people of colour.

Aseel spent a decade working in the Canadian Financial Sector. She grew her career in Financial Planning managing a portfolio of $100M on Bay Street. While she enjoyed helping clients with crucial financial decisions and strategies, she realized that the conversation was missing major elements. Aseel went back to school to become a Psychotherapist, pivoting into the world of Financial Therapy in March 2020 to not only thoughtfully address her client's financial challenges, but also attends to the emotional, psychological, behavioural, and relational hurdles that are intertwined. Aseel is the CEO of Holistic Optimal Wealth, a practice on a mission to explore and heal people’s relationship with money. She is a member of the Financial Therapy Association and the Canadian Association Of Psychodynamic Therapy. She is a thought leader, public speaker and advocate for holistic wealth. Â

She has been recognized with multiple UN awards for her humanitarian work and was also named the first National Volunteer for the Canadian Mental Health Association in 2022. In her deeply moving and insightful keynotes, Grégoire Trudeau empowers audiences to claim their true potential, helping them move forward on a journey of mental wellness, self-awareness, and acceptance.
Grégoire Trudeau is a trained television, radio host, and interviewer. She began her career as a journalist in Quebec, hosting shows on wildlife, extreme sports, entertainment, and technology. This led her to interview several renowned individuals including Malala Yousafzai, Gloria Steinem, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Liz Plank, Chantal Kreviasuk, Sheryl Crowe, Jean Reno, Brad Pitt, Adrienne Clarkson, Stephan Moccio, Serena Ryder, Dan Ackroyd, Justin Timberlake, Iman Bowie, Tessa Virtue, Marianne Williamson, and many more.
In 2018, Grégoire Trudeau received the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the United Nations Association of New York. She is currently a Youth Leadership Global Ambassador for Plan International Canada, an organization she has collaborated with for many years and which allowed her to meet young people from all walks of life to address inequality and emotional literacy. Grégoire Trudeau’s articles on these topics have been featured on Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Platform and the World Economic Forum’s official website. Grégoire Trudeau is a certified yoga teacher and meditation practitioner and teaches classes on a volunteer basis at public schools both in-person and virtually. An outdoor enthusiast, she is also a certified PADI underwater diver, a level one alpine ski instructor, and an ambassador for Nature Canada as part of their Women for Nature initiative. Grégoire Trudeau is also a local Honorary Riverkeeper in Ottawa and an influencer for the Deliver for Good campaign, which championed gender equality and the health of girls and women worldwide. The mother of three children, Grégoire Trudeau was the recipient of the 2017 Because Mothers Matter Award.

Tenisha has served as a national Equity Diversity and Inclusion leader within Big 4 Financial Firms and Bay Street Firms in downtown Toronto for 5+ years. Tenisha provides strategic planning and thought leadership on Equity Diversity & Inclusion matters, and best practice advice on historically underrepresented groups to create space for opportunity and career advancement. Tenisha is a 2023 Canada’s Black Women to Watch Award recipient and has contributed expert advice to Canadian Lawyer Magazine and the Globe and Mail on Diversity & Inclusion matters.

Tiffany Callender is a dedicated advocate for the advancement and prosperity of the Black community in Canada. She co-founded the Federation of African Canadian Economics (FACE) in 2021, a non-profit organization primarily focused on accelerating the creation of generational wealth for individuals of African descent in Canada.
One of Ms. Callender’s remarkable initiatives is the co-development and administration of the Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund, a significant collaboration with the government of Canada. This fund provides financial support and resources to Black entrepreneurs, fostering economic growth and empowerment within the community.
Tiffany Callender's commitment to community development and social entrepreneurship spans decades. She has actively crafted and implemented programs that uplift and support Canada's Black community.
Her dedication to driving positive change has not gone unnoticed. In 2022, she was recognized for her accomplishments by receiving the Ones to Watch award at the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. Additionally, her influence and impact have been acknowledged by Afroglobal television, where she secured a spot among the 100 most influential Black Canadians. In 2020, she was honoured by MIPAD (Most Influential People of African Descent) as one of the 100 most influential individuals of African descent under 40. She is also a member of the Forbes Business Council.

Formally trained across the health sciences with degrees in health ecology, public health, epidemiology, and neuropsychophysiology, Kayla has developed a truly holistic understanding of women's health and is dedicated to empowering women around the world with this knowledge.Â
